LIC HFL Recruitment The official release of LIC Housing Finance Limited’s recruitment notification for 250 Apprentices in 2023. Eligible and enthusiastic candidates are invited to apply between December 22 and December 31, 2023 Applications are invited from fresh graduates from all Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE for engagement as an apprentice in various offices of LIC Housing Finance Limited (UC HFLI Apprenticeship is an On Job Training provided to selected fresh graduates to help them acquire soft skills, domain knowledge, get real time work experience and become industry Ready. Apprenticeship is NOT an employment. Apprentices are NOT Employees. Apprentices are ONLY Trainees. LIC Housing Finance Ltd is NOT obliged to provide full time employment to its Apprentices. All Apprentices who successfully complete their apprenticeship with LIC HFL will be issued Proficiency Certificate by BOAT and can contact BFSI Sector Skill Council of India for information on placement/employment opportunity in the Banks, Financial Services, Insurance Companies or any other BESI sector companies according to the available Varancies.

Qualification

• Should have completed graduation in any stream as on 01-Dec-2023 but not before 1-Apr-2020.
• The candidate should NOT have a Running / Terminated / Completed apprenticeship contract with any other organization.

Selection Procedure

• Applications for apprenticeship will be invited (refer Table D for dates).
• All eligible candidates should complete the registration on the Apprenticeship Portal https://nats education gov.in/student register.php and make a note of the Enrollment id as shown on the candidate’s dashboard of the Apprenticeship Portal.
• All registered candidates with Enrollment Id should apply for apprenticeship with LIC HFL by clicking on the link https://forms.gle/kE1BR2uG14QJcgsG9 and provide the correct details as asked therein.
